According to the provisions of Law No. 17 for the year 1999

Required documents: - Copy of Identification Cards, or passports of founders or the company’s owner, and birth certificates for minors (if any).

- Power of attorney from the company’s founders.

- The original rent contract in the name of the new company after obtaining the company’s or a declaration to provide it within one year from the date of enrollment in the trade record.
